Club Memberships
We are very grateful for all your support in renewing your Club memberships so promptly as it is a rule of the Sports and Social Club that anybody playing for an affiliated sports section must have a valid membership. We are indebted to Bucks CC Sports & Social Club for the use of probably the best facilities in the various leagues and if we lost access to these facilities then we would have to consider the implementation of a registration fee or higher match fees to meet the increased levels of expenditure.
Code of Conduct
Please take time to read through the Code of Conduct attached to the back of this letter and also with your son or daughter
Match Day Rules
We are Members of the Sports & Social Club so we need your help to support us to support you and your children
- All car parking and drop offs in Booker Park School before ,during and after matches – no Bucks CC FC cars to use the Club Car Park until after 4pm– this is to ensure that there are no parking problems for persons who have hired the Function Hall and our opposing teams so that they all enjoy their visit to your Club
- Volunteers are always required for the Tea Bar – this provides refreshments for the all players and parents and provides your Club with a valuable source of income – we need to open the facility every Sunday - If you are only comfortable serving Hot Drinks that is fine and can only give an hour this would support your Club
- Please keep the grounds free of litter and use bins provided - the patio area should be kept free of mud. There is a bench outside the changing rooms under the canopy to change muddy footwear – help us keep your Club clean and tidy.
- No dogs allowed within the grounds of Bucks CC Sports & Social Club
Please take the time to visit the your Club web site which provides an effective means of sourcing any information for both players and parents for matches – http://www.bucksccfootball.co.uk/ - encourage your children to visit the site to find out what is happening – this is their Club and your feedback and comments are welcomed.
Throughout the season we will be holding various fundraising and social activities which will include quizzes, race nights, beer festivals and fun days and we ask our parents to attend and help at these events to provide us with the support to support your children. Everyday you can help us by shopping on line and registering at www.easyfundraising.org.uk/causes/bccfc/ see website |
